GETTING TO MARRAKECH

Flights from Gothenburg (Landvetter) to Marrakech Menara (RAK) are available with Lufthansa, Discover Airlines, and KLM connecting through Munich, Frankfurt, or Amsterdam.

Price range: approximately 2,600 – 5,000 SEK round-trip
Flight time: around 7–8 hours total, including layover

Traveling from

the U.S.

Guests traveling from the U.S. will fly into Marrakech Menara Airport (RAK), typically with one connection in Europe. There are currently no direct flights, but routes through Paris, Lisbon, Madrid, London, or Frankfurt are frequent and convenient. Remember, flights to Europe/Africa are overnight, so you will not arrive the same day you start flying.

Travel time: 12 – 18 hours total, depending on departure city and layover length
Layovers: usually one (occasionally two)
Recommended travel dates:

Alternative option: Check fares to Casablanca (CMN) — only 2.5 hours by train to Marrakesh and sometimes cheaper.
